Human Rights

Human rights are rights inherent to all human beings, whatever our nationality, place of residence, sex, national or ethnic origin, colour, religion, language, or any other status. We are all equally entitled to our human rights without discrimination.
They were created by the horrors experienced during the Second World War, most notably the genocide committed by the Nazi regime, shocked the world. War could no longer be used as an excuse to commit crimes against humanity; nor could the suffering and death of millions of innocent people be ignored.
There are 30 articles about human rights.
We are not familiar whits this right No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment. This human right is respected in Europe but it isn't respected in Africa,  India ... In the third world.
