Athletics


Well today I am going to talk about athletics. It's my favourite sport, I practise it on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from half past six to half past eight. I think that practising this sport is good because is the way to clear my mind and have fun.
People think athletics is only running and running and this is false. In this sport there are many different kinds of exercices, for example there are long jumps, pole vault. 100 metres etc.
My coach is very harsh, because she wants me to become a famous runner. First when we arrive she says we must run for thirty minutes and then do many exercices and finally run again. When I finish I'm very tired but I feel good.
